Hello there, mischief-makers!
This is no April Fool’s joke but believe me this one feels a little surreal to write but… the Patreon is officially live. 🎉

After months of building, tweaking, rewriting, and occasionally questioning my life choices at 2 AM, it’s finally out there. Not every tiny detail is perfectly polished yet (some of those last 5% tasks always take 50% of the time…), but all the important pieces are in place and ready to go.
I won’t lie - it’s a mix of excitement and a bit of nervous energy. Putting something like this out into the world always is. But more than anything, I’m just really happy to have reached this point and to be able to share it with you. But more on that at the end of the newsletter.
Thank you for being here and following along on this journey - it genuinely means a lot. And now… let’s get to this month’s mischief. 🎲
This Tiny Creature Could Cause Big Problems (or Fun)
Some creatures are dangerous because of their claws, their fangs, or their spells But others? They’re dangerous because they turn the battlefield into pure chaos.
This month’s creation is one of the latter: a mischievous sprite whose “blessing” (or curse) can turn your party into anything from a wolf to a toad… and back again, over and over.

Why is this such a blast at the table?
Because the challenge isn’t just about beating the monster - it’s about how your players handle suddenly fighting in unfamiliar forms. One round, your fighter might be a horse trying to charge down enemies; the next, your wizard might be a spider climbing the walls. And since this fey can’t control which beasts your characters become, it’s just as chaotic for the DM as it is for the party.
The result: laughter, frustration, and the kind of session everyone talks about long after the dice stop rolling. And you know what? Whos says this must be a foe? Have it sow chaos with NPCs too, but then let just let the players run the NPCs (to lower the burden on you a bit).
Want to make this even more fun? Why not use some of my Beasts?

The Next Step Begins
If you’ve been enjoying the mischief so far and want to see where things are heading, I’ve put together a short video showing what’s already been created - and what’s coming next. I actually created two, but I don’t want to spam you, so I just link one.
The first official Patreon content drops on April 6, and it’s if you like the formflinger, let me tell you the theme of the first month: shapechangers! Half of the limited Founder spots on my Patreon are already taken, which honestly caught me a bit off guard in the best way possible. So, if you want one you better hurry, because once they are gone, they are gone.
So, if you’ve been considering early, this is the moment to take a look - I’d love to have you along for what comes next. I love to hear your thoughts. Share your ideas and shape the content with your feedback.

It is getting more lively in the Discord. Come join us!
If you missed it, last month’s mischief is here.
This newsletter hopefully provides you with some creative ideas that bring joy and memorable sessions to your table.
If you have suggestion how to improve this newsletter or if you want have me add your stuff into the news section, you can send me a mail to [email protected]
Share with Friends. Foes optional.
Until next time.
